ERP on the shop floor
Data captured where the work happens
The fastest ERP entry is the one nobody types. Formezy turns shop-floor events into one live record in four steps.
- 1
Capture
Weighbridges, scales, fryers, ovens and pasteurisers post data directly. Operators log output, checks and stoppages on mobile.
- 2
Connect
Every entry joins one record that follows the raw-material lot through the recipe, the batch and the pack to the distributor.
- 3
Control
Quality gates hold failed lots, critical control points are recorded per batch, and stock moves first-expiry-first-out.
- 4
Report
Certificates, batch records, recall traces and dashboards come from the same data, so nobody compiles reports by hand.
See it mapped step by step for Snacks, Spices, Dairy, Functional Food, Agro Commodities, Beverage, Bakery.

What is Formezy?
Formezy is ERP software built for food manufacturers. It covers production and purchase, quality control, ISO and HACCP records, inventory, sales, finance, logistics, maintenance, HR, IoT and business intelligence in one platform, and handles food data such as recipes, batches, expiry dates and critical control points natively.
Which food industries does Formezy support?
Seven: snacks, spices, dairy, functional food, agro commodities, beverages and bakery. Each has its own segments and shop-floor process flows in the software.
What is recipe management in food ERP?
A recipe or formulation lists the ingredients, quantities and expected yield of a product. Formezy issues the approved recipe version with each batch and books actual weights against it, so ingredient use, losses and cost per batch come from what was really used.
What is batch traceability?
Batch traceability means each finished pack can be traced back to the batch it came from and the raw-material lots used in it, and any raw-material lot can be traced forward to the customers who received it. Formezy builds this link automatically as material is received, issued, produced and dispatched.
Does Formezy keep HACCP records?
Yes. The ISO & HACCP module holds your critical control points with their limits, records the readings for each batch, and keeps deviations, corrective actions, cleaning records and SOPs in one place.
Can Formezy connect to weighbridges and machines?
Yes. The Weight Integration module brings weighbridge and scale readings into receipts, dispensing, packing and dispatch, and the IoT & Automation module connects machines and sensors to capture output, temperatures and stoppages.
Is Formezy cloud-based?
Formezy runs in the cloud, so plants, offices and field teams work on the same live data. On-premise deployment is also available.
Where is Formezy available?
Formezy has offices in India (Ahmedabad headquarters), the UAE (Dubai) and the United States, and supports food manufacturers in other countries remotely.
Which food industry segments does Formezy cover?
Formezy covers snacks (namkeen & fried snacks, chips & extruded snacks and roasted nuts & seeds); spices (whole spices, ground spices and blended masalas); dairy (milk processing & packing, curd, paneer, butter & ghee and ice cream); functional food (nutraceutical powders, protein & health bars and fortified foods); agro commodities (grains & pulses processing, oilseeds & edible oil and sorting, grading & export packing); beverage (juices & pulp, carbonated drinks & packaged water and tea & coffee); bakery (bread, buns & rusk, biscuits & cookies and cakes & confectionery).
